Five men. One woman. Global nuclear event. Six people are locked underground in self-imposed exile. They arrived at the oceanside just hours before, each for their own reasons, none of them expecting that the unthinkable was about to transpire. Now, thrust together in a makeshift fallout shelter after the radio warns, “full nuclear exchange”, the issue becomes: stay and certainly die, or open the door and take the risk outside. Before the argument is won, each of them will bare their true colors. Some will live, some will die, and the survivors will discover that what awaits them on the other side of the door must be seen to be believed.

...a character driven drama. Preferring his sci-fi to be straight up, Benjamin Cooper resisted the more commercial prospect of tailoring the film into a “lust in atomic dust” fantasy.

FEMME FATALES
..thought-provoking low-budget psychological thriller.

...creates a truly claustrophobic sense of impending doom. Wall is great at making you absolutely hate his character.

...sometimes the film's intensity can creep under your skin and get to you when you least expect it.

...first-time feature director Benjamin Cooper did an admirable job. It'll give you some things to think about, and there's a twist in store that's a real kick in the face.

FLIPSIDE MOVIE EMPORIUM
In the tradition of those old Twilight Zone episodes...
...by the time the film ends you are blown away by the unexpected conclusion.

BURIED.COM, CULT MOVIES
...a simple yet explosive little yarn.

...a tense little chamber piece.
...effectively staged with the no-name cast giving earnest performances.

...the movie has its share of no-budget charm and energy, while recalling those lovable end-of-the-world B-movies of the '60s.

SHOCK CINEMA
Despite having no budget, director Cooper makes the most of his cast of unknowns, all of whom avoid relying on stereotypes for their roles. This low-budget straight-to-taper delivers on its premise...
